RETURNS AND EXCHANGES Products purchased on our web site may be returned within 30 days for a refund or exchange. The products must be unused and in original packaging. Products found to be defective will be considered according to the manufacturer's specifications. We accept only merchandise that has been purchased from this web site. Products must be in the original packaging and must be placed inside a protective cardboard box, just as they were shipped to you. Do not write on the packing of the product. Any packages sent to us wrapped in paper or plastic and not in an outer protective cardboard box are refused at the dock. Please do not send items back to us in this manner. Please include the following information in the box with the products you are returning:

Please attain a tracking number from the carrier when you send the return to us. We are not responsible for lost packages and our customer service agents do not have a record of the date your return arrived at our warehouse.
REFUNDS will be posted within 10 business days of the date of the confirmation e-mail you received. Your credit card company may take up to 30 days to post the credit to your statement. This is beyond our control. We will post the credit in the time period we promised, provided instructions have been followed and we are able to cross reference your return to your order.
IF YOU RECEIVED FREE SHIPPING and you are returning the product, you will not receive a full refund. We will credit the price of the item minus the actual shipping.
EXCHANGES will be shipped within 3 business days. All notifications regarding returns will be sent to the e-mail address you supplied with your original order. We are unable to add new e-mail addresses once your order has been placed and processed. This is a security measure.
